MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order is $75.00 not including shipping

ORDER FORM
The online order form must be filled out completely! We can not ship merchandise without a phone number. You may print the order form and fax or mail it to us.

IMPORTANT
Our merchandise is sold solely upon the representation that it will be used strictly in accordance with the law and regulations applicable at the point of destination. Thunderbolt Fireworks, Inc. will not assume liability for any injury during transportation, use, handling, storage, or sale of this merchandise.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We only accept money order, cashier's or certified check for mail orders. These may be purchased as a bank, post office, grocery or drugstore.
Credit Cards: We honor Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and Discover.

TRUCK SHIPPING INFORMATION
All shipments F.O.B W.Melbourne, Florida by Ground Shipment Only. We strongly recommend you arrange to have your order shipped to your work address or any business address. This method will significantly reduce shipping complications and will ensure a faster delivery.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
Due to state and local restrictions, we can not ship fireworks to the following states:
Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Minnesota and Ohio.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges start at $45.00 and will be added to your order (of $150.00 or more) at the rate of $5.00 per $50.00 worth of merchandise. Freight is calculated based on the retail value of shipment.

REFUSED FREIGHT
If you refuse your freight the transportation company will be advised to sell it at auction or your will be assessed the cost of the freight returned to our dock as well as to your address.
