TRUCK SHIPPING INFORMATION
All shipments F.O.B W.Melbourne, Florida by Ground Shipment Only. We strongly recommend you arrange to have your order shipped to your work address or any business address. This method will significantly reduce shipping complications and will ensure a faster delivery.
SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
Due to state and local restrictions, we can not ship fireworks to the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Minnesota and Ohio. These States have been removed from our drop-down list of States, if you force these States in to an order there shall be a $45.00 USD service fee charged.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges start at $45.00 and will be added to your order. Freight is calculated based on the retail value of shipment. The rate is $45.00 USD up to $149.99 in sales, then a rate of $5.00 per $50.00 or fraction there of, worth of merchandise. Fireworks ship as haserdous materials.
REFUSED FREIGHT
If you refuse your product the transportation company will be advised to sell it at auction or you will be assessed the cost of the freight returned to our dock as well as to your address.
